Postponed! Rogaining to take place after lockdown on 27 November
Although the sun shone yesterday, the new order of things does not really allow us to organize either the closing party or the rogaining itself.
Original publication date: 20.10.2021
There is no room for sadness, because if last year we were afraid of the virus and canceled the event, then this year we “iesim līdz galam”, and have moved it much closer to winter - to November 27. It is understandable that we will need a hotter fire and warmer drinks, but we want to see you all and close the season. Let's hope that we will also be able to enjoy the first dose of snow, which will not have melted in the forests.
It is likely that the schedule will be the same as we imagined it before yesterday's decisions - green mode and individual training mode.
What to do now?
- Do nothing, and we automatically postpone the membership to November 27.
- Transfer your participation to any of the next year's stages. You will have to write an e-mail to rogainings@xrace.lv about it by November 20. After that, we will not accept letters because we will assume that you will participate on November 27th and we will prepare a starter pack for you.
- Return the entry fee. Although the medals and the distance have been prepared, we have also promised this option and offer it to our participants. You will also have to write an e-mail to rogainings@xrace.lv about it by November 20. Depending on the number of applications, we will return the participation fee by November 27 or sooner. After that, we will not accept letters because we will assume that you will participate on November 27th and we will prepare a starter pack for you.
If you have any other questions, please write to rogainings@xrace.lv.
Take care of yourself and your surroundings!
